Thermal spray is a group of processes involves deposition of molten wires or powder on to a prepared surface. The metal being sprayed is melted in an electric arc or flame, atomized by compressed air. These molten particles at plastic state are propelled on to the substrate, by means of compressed air.

Shaft Repair

With the use of thermal spray processes we have repaired number of shafts ranging from Diameter 50 mm to 750 mm. Shafts are repaired In-Situ position and at our works.
